This Human Resources Analyst Position Features:

? Great Pay to $43,500

This Human Resources Analyst would be processing moderate to complex Human Resources transactions related to employee changes and new hire information within a single area of specialty in one of the following Human Resources programs: pay, benefits including retirement, leave of absences, disability and worker?s compensation.

The Human Resources Analyst will act as a resource to additional Human Resources Representatives and other service center team members. The ideal Human Resources Analyst will have strong customer orientation with the ability to identify the root cause and conduct the appropriate analysis. He/She will have the ability to process transactions with in 95% accuracy rate as measured by internal quality assurance performance measures.

The Human Resources Analyst will respond to escalated employee calls and inquiries referred by Human Resources Representatives. He/She will be responsible for resolving ongoing moderate to complex Human Resources related issues and track employee data utilizing HRIS and call center systems including on-line mainframes information.
