Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Searching for a polished Executive Administrator for this Start Up organization. Having received funding recently, they are continuing to establish their HQ's, to maintain a strong backbone of the company to be able to expand in additional locations. As an Executive Administrator, your primary role will be to support the CFO directly.



Requirements


- Ability to adapt in an ever changing environment


- 5-7 years of consistent experience supporting a VP in an Executive Administrative role


- Excellent MS Office Suite and Google Applications Skills


- Coordinate international and domestic travel


- High proficiency in Concur needed, will be processing multiple expense reports weekly


- Light accounting, experience in QuickBooks AND Peachtree


- Well spoken, excellent phone etiquette



Responsibilities


- Support CFO in a variety of tasks


- Faxing, Filing, Email and Phone correspondence


- Coordinate travel arrangements ( hotel, flight, car)


- Reserve conference rooms


- Order office supplies


- Generate reports
