Monster Tree Service of West Valley has an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager . Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and create efficiencies: crews, equipment, and supplies. Provide training and guidance to field crews by following ANSI and company standards. Monitor crew productivity to ensure goals and targets are being met. Manage fleet and equipment repair and maintenance. Must be familiar with industry safety standards and procedures and is willing to enforce these standards as well as company safety policies. Coordinate with the Sales Arborist to create a daily work schedule for field personnel. Assist the owners with overflow sales estimates. Responsible for the hiring and supervision of all field employees. Coordinate training to ensure all field personnel is properly trained, licensed, etc. Qualifications: Degree in Business Management or Arboriculture, Forestry, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent experience preferred CTSP and/or ISA Certification desired but not required Management experience in the tree care industry experience preferred Successful candidates will excel in logistics and have experience in the day-to-day operations of a business, preferably in the tree care or landscape industries Excellent communication and leadership skills, prior experience training employees is preferred Strong leadership skills: must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management A clean/valid driver’s license We offer competitive wages commensurate with experience ($25-$32/hr depending on experience), training, year-round employment, state-of-the-art equipment, a positive and respectful work environment, and more!
