Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This full-time Registered
Behavior Technician (RBT) role offers a rewarding opportunity to
support elementary students in a K-12 school setting while
addressing behavioral needs. The position is based in Middletown,
DE, within a specialized Autism Program. The contract runs through
the current school year until June 12, 2026. Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior intervention plans to support students
exhibiting aggressive behaviors in general education classrooms
Provide direct one-on-one assistance with life skills, including
self-care and toileting support Collaborate closely with teachers
and other education professionals to promote positive student
outcomes Monitor and document student progress, adjusting
interventions as needed Maintain compliance with all school
policies and safety standards Qualifications and Experience: Must
hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
or have previous certification (current snapshot required) Proven
experience working as a school-based RBT supporting students with
aggressive behaviors Comfortable facilitating life skills support,
including bathroom/toileting duties Strong communication skills and
ability to work effectively with students, parents, and
multidisciplinary teams Reliable transportation and punctuality for
full-time hours (8:45 AM4:15 PM EST) Benefits and Perks: Engage in
