Leadership & Operations: Lead a dedicated team of educators to
ensure a thriving school culture, operational excellence, and
strong staff performance. Build, coach, and develop a
high-performing team while modeling our core values and commitment
to children’s success. /n - Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure
compliance with state licensing standards and maintain high-quality
program delivery. /n - Community & Growth: Drive enrollment growth
and foster meaningful partnerships with families and the community.
/n - Educational Excellence & Collaboration: Contribute to the
ongoing development of educational best practices in collaboration
with other great preschool leaders. /n /n /n What we are looking
for: /n /n - Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education,
educational leadership, business administration, or related field
preferred OR combination of equivalent experience and education. /n
- Minimum 2 years of experience in education administration,
operational leadership, or business management in an early
childhood setting. /n - Appropriate state-required licensing
credentials to confidently lead a childcare or preschool center. /n
- Knowledge of state licensing regulations, accreditation
standards, and compliance best practices. /n - Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage
effectively with families, staff, and the community. /n - Ability
to inspire with a track record of developing and growing educators
