Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer 3

Contract Duration: 9 months

Location: This role is 100% remote; however, you must work on MST time zone (no CST or EST)

Pay Rate for Infrastructure Engineer: $70-$75/hour (W2) max (DOE)



Job Requirements

--- 7+ years experience in Hyper-V, Powershell while in an Active Directory and Windows Servers environments.

--- Preferable experience with Ansible or Terraform.

--- Supporting and documenting infrastructure systems.

--- Strong understanding the system architecture and the interplay between diverse services, such as servers, databases, APIs, load balancers, firewalls, networking, SAN, and other related components that comprise the delivery of the service.

--- Experience with management tools such as Hyper-V Manager and FOC Manager

--- Strong experience with Active Directory Users and Computers, and Azure AD.

--- Working knowledge of virtualized environment such as Hyper-V or VMWare.

--- Understanding of logging and monitoring and the relationship between health and performance of the environment.

--- Hands on Experience with building and maintaining Windows Servers including system patching and security hardening.

--- Hands on Experience understanding of backup processes, including VM snapshots, OS level, SAN snapshots, and related applications.

--- Hands on Experience of scripting languages; able to read, understand, and execute. PowerShell mandatory

--- Hands on Experience understanding of state management systems; i.e., Ansible or Terraform.

--- Good skills in using code management repositories; i.e., Azure DevOps, GitHub.

--- Ability to identify and triage incidents.

--- Availability for on-call responsibilities

--- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with other team members.

--- Experience working within the SCRUM or AGILE framework.
