Job Description:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting team. With operations spanning

security solutions. This role focuses on installing, maintaining,
and troubleshooting various types of alarm systems to ensure
optimal performance and safety for our clients. The ideal candidate
will be a detailed-oriented problem solver passionate about
upholding safety through state-of-the-art security measures.
Install, program, maintain, and repair security alarm wiring and
equipment. Ensure that all alarm systems are installed in
accordance with industry standards and local codes. Conduct regular
testing and maintenance on alarm systems to ensure functionality
and effectiveness. Troubleshoot system malfunctions and perform
necessary repairs. Coordinate with the security team to discuss and
rectify potential security vulnerabilities. Provide technical
support and training to clients on new systems. Maintain records of
installations, services, and repairs. Stay updated with the latest
advancements in alarm technology and security systems. Proficient
in the installation and maintenance of security alarm systems.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Excellent
organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle tools
and equipment used in installation and repair. Good communication
and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a high regard for
safety regulations and procedures. Medical Insurance Dental
