(This is not an entry-level position) We need you to meet clients at their homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix HVAC and other equipment. The work experience you gain here will put you ahead of the industry by a mile. Compensation: $30 - $55 hourly Responsibilities: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and correct operational issues, including component installation and replacement Ability to use a multi-tester and diagnose electrical issues understand refrigerant charge and have the necessary tools to service Understand and read electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams Commission newly installed systems to ensure the best performance Perform periodic maintenance service on our installed systems Have the necessary skills to diagnose and repair problems quickly and efficiently Qualifications: Candidate must be EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certified 2 years of experience in the field as an HVAC tech Candidate must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license, and 5 years of driving experience Ability to provide outstanding communication to a diverse group of customers and be a good problem-solver Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve Must be organized and well-groomed Understand that customer experience is everything About Company We are a mission-vision-values-driven organization that focuses on making our customers' and employees' lives better, emphasizing core values and vision to electrify 100,000 homes by 2035.
