Senior Product Manager, Low Voltage ArchitectureHybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to the Technical/Innovation Center in Mountain View (CA) or Warren (MI) at least three times per week. The position can be located at either of these two locations.The Software & Services division of General Motors is responsible for defining and delivering software, electrical hardware, and services that support GM vehicles, including mechatronic infrastructure, OnStar connected services, infotainment systems, and autonomous driving technologies.Our goal in Software & Services Product Management is to foster a world-class software development culture aligned with the company's vision. We aim to create a portfolio of software-defined vehicles by integrating software, hardware, and services to enhance vehicle experiences for customers.About the TeamThe Low Voltage Product team drives innovation and system optimization across hardware components. Our focus is on efficient power management, scalable data-driven solutions, safety improvements, reducing battery warranty claims, energy efficiency, and customer experience enhancement.The RoleWe seek a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager, Low Voltage Architecture to develop product vision and strategy within complex global environments, and to align stakeholders. The ideal candidate will excel in relationship-building, organizational navigation, and leading teams to leverage modern technology and meet customer needs.The candidate should have expertise in Software-defined Vehicle Electrical & Electronic (EE) architectures, vehicle platform infrastructure software, low voltage hardware (e.g., Li-ion batteries, Fail Operational Power, DCDC), low voltage power management software, semiconductors & electronics, and wiring harnesses. A commitment to delivering high-quality, customer-centric, and strategically viable products is essential.What You'll Do

• Develop the vision for next-generation low voltage architecture to optimize system performance from hardware and software perspectives
• Manage and drive product initiatives organization-wide
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs and market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals and priorities
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
• Develop and manage product requirements, including customer stories, use cases, and business cases
• Create and maintain product backlogs, prioritizing initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and guide decisions
• Communicate updates, progress, and plans to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners
• Manage product launches with go-to-market strategies and cross-functional coordination
• Conduct post-launch analyses to assess performance and identify improvements
• Iterate and improve products continuously based on feedback, trends, and business goals
