Windsor Hampton Care Center is now hiring a Director of Business Development (DBD) to be the newest member of our awesome team!Now Hiring for: Monday - FridaySalary Range: $35.00-$45.00Are you ready to contribute to a team, committed to excellent customer service and dedicated to each individual's unique talent?If yes, how you will contribute to the team:As the Director of Business Development, you will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility's marketing and public relations programs and activities in order to maintain and increase resident census. You will provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, practices, and promote the facility and its services to outside sources such as physicians, discharge planners, business members of the community, churches, and schools providing adult education.Our Business Development Directors maintain a thorough knowledge of the facility's admission requirements, services and programs, and admissions policies and procedures. You will work with the facility team to conduct tours for members of the community as well as families, conduct pre-admission interviews with prospective residents/guarantors, and explain all services of the nursing facility.Must haves:

• Thorough knowledge of principles of effective communication, mass media, advertising, community relations, etc., as they relate to nursing facility operations
• Ability to make direct sales calls, and to organize and deliver public presentations
• Ability to establish, implement and maintain an effective marketing and public relations program
• Thorough understanding of healthcare reimbursement programs
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term careNice to have:
  • 2-4 years' experience in marketing/public relations in health care or skilled nursing facility with previous supervisory experience
