www.tyrrewards.comAbout the RoleAs the Sr. Business Development
Manager you will be responsible for driving the strategic and
result oriented growth and expansion of gaming-related business
opportunities within the organization. This role requires a deep
understanding of the gaming industry, strong business acumen, and
exceptional relationship-building skills. You will work closely
with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to
identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships and
business deals that will drive revenue growth and enhance the
company's position in the gaming market.Responsibilities:1)
Business Development Strategy:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development
strategy for the gaming sector.
- Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and
revenue streams within the gaming industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on
industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Create and maintain a network of industry contacts to leverage
for business development purposes.2) Partnership Identification and
Management:
- Identify potential partners and establish strategic alliances
to enhance the company's gaming offerings.
- Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners,
ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage relationships with existing partners, ensuring customer
satisfaction and driving growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute partnership
agreements and ensure successful implementation.3) Sales and
Revenue Growth:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business
opportunities within the gaming industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue
targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify
areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and guidance
on gaming-related sales initiatives.4) Gaming Product
Development:
- Work closely with the product development team to identify and
prioritize gaming-related product enhancements and new feature
requests.
- Gather feedback from customers and partners to inform product
development decisions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify
opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.5)
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
in the gaming industry, including publishers, developers,
influencers, and gaming community leaders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and
trade shows to enhance brand visibility and establish new
partnerships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders,
providing insights and guidance on gaming industry trends, market
dynamics, and business opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required:To be considered for this role, here
are the skills we're looking for someone who would be able to;
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
(MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, partnership
management, or sales within the gaming industry.
- Deep understanding of the gaming market, including knowledge of
gaming platforms, trends, and monetization models.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with a track record
of successfully closing complex business deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to effectively engage and influence both internal and
external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the
capacity to analyze market data and identify business
opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, as
well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic industry,
adapting to changing market conditions and priorities.
- Passion for gaming and a genuine interest in staying updated on
industry developments.
