This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career.What You Will Do

• You will provide general occupational health nursing activities, including health coaching
• You will provide disability and workers compensation claims management
• You will work closely with employees in preventative care
• You will provide medical surveillance (respirator, hearing, BBP) for OSHA compliance
• You will collaborate with HR and Legal in EAP, OSHA, FML, ADA, HIPAA, EEOCWhat You Will Have
  • Familiarity with EAP, OSHA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, EEOC
  • A high level of analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong computer and database literacy
  • Extensive experience in entering and interpreting data in EMR tool Cority
  • Ability to work independently and have a full understanding of confidentiality obligations
  • Licensed Healthcare Professional (RN, PA, NP)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Nursing experience in Emergency Room, Occupational Health or other Ambulatory Care settingWhat Will Set You Apart
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
    • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN-S) or Case Management Certification (CCM or COHN-S/CM) is preferred
