exploring new places. Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and
compassionate Speech Therapist for a 13-week contract at a Skilled
Nursing Facility. This role involves providing speech therapy
services to residents, helping improve communication, swallowing,
and overall quality of life. Shifts vary to accommodate patient
needs and facility scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Conduct
evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for
residents. Provide therapy services to improve speech, language,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to monitor progress and adjust therapy
plans. Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility
and regulatory standards. Requirements: Must hold an active
California license for Speech Therapy. Less than 1 year of relevant
experience required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
environment. Additional Information: 13-week contract. Holiday
coverage not required. EMR system not listed; facility will provide
documentation guidance. Candidates must meet the minimum
qualifications and hold the required certifications to be eligible
