License AHA BLS Certified Hand Therapist OR CA Advanced Practive
License AND physical agent modalities. CA Advanced Practice License
in Swallowing Assessment, Evaluation, or Intervention w/pediatric
exp Pediatric Exp in Acute Rehab, Med Surg service or ICU. Ability
to float to other UCSF Facilities. Preferred: Prior exp in an
academic medical center environment. Graduate degree 12/14
