A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with three clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is searching for a Site Medical Director for one of its locations. About the Opportunity Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday See patients of all ages. Average 18 patients per day Flexible schedule with a mix of clinic and administrative responsibilities. The position will have 15 hours per week allocated for the administrative role The position will involve assisting the CMO with advancing the Strategic Plan and also improving the job satisfaction and performance of its providers EPIC EHR Spanish-speaking a plus Opportunity to teach family medicine residents in the clinic Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers Financial Package Compensation ranges from $220K to $290K depending upon training and experience level Comprehensive benefits Federal loan repayment is available About Santa Cruz, California County Santa Cruz County is not only a place; it?s a lifestyle.The county benefits from natural beauty and diversity, including California redwoods and the sanctuary of Monterey Bay.
