within the last year Description: We are seeking a Clinical Staff
Pharmacist for the night shift. This position requires a California
Board of Pharmacy Registered Pharmacist License. The schedule
consists of 7 consecutive nights followed by 7 off. Alternating
weekends are also required. Candidates must have a minimum of 2
years of experience. Specific charting experience is required, with
a preference for Epic. Background checks will be conducted prior to
submission. Candidates should be able to provide documentation of
certifications at the time of submission. Local candidates are
accepted at a different rate. Please confirm if locals are aware of
this rate. All submissions must include the name of the former
manager. Only one holiday request will be considered during the
