high-quality patient care in the ICU setting. Monitor and assess
patient conditions continuously. Achieve individual performance
targets and contribute to team goals. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Participate in professional development
and training programs. Collaborate with healthcare team to develop
care plans. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes
accurately. Engage in performance evaluations and feedback
sessions. Educate patients and families on care procedures. Utilize
data to track patient outcomes and improve care. Adapt to changing
patient needs and unit demands. Maintain a clean and safe working
environment. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in
California with ICU experience required. Proven ability to monitor
and assess critically ill patients effectively. Experience in
administering medications and treatments in ICU settings. Strong
commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands.
Excellent documentation skills for patient progress and outcomes.
Strong communication skills to educate patients and families.
Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and feedback.
