Physical Therapist Assistant to join our private outpatient clinic
that uses in-house diagnostics to find root cause of conditions
serving Lafayette, CA and the eastern Bay Area of California.

Lafayette Physical Therapy is a leading provider of physical
therapy, diagnostic, and wellness services. Our progressive,
hands-on approach is recognized as providing exceptionally
high-quality care. Our in house diagnostic services for
Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (MSKUS), Nerve Conduction Studies
(NCS)/Electromyography (EMG) help us get to the root cause of pain
and dysfunction quickly so we can provide more effective care and
give our patients greater understanding and peace of mind. The
Opportunity: We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant with a
passion for delivering top-notch healthcare. If you're interested
in utilizing evidence-based treatments and working alongside
experienced Physical Therapists to help restore our patients'
health and quality of life, then we are looking for you. Job
Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of individualized
therapy programs as directed by the Physical Therapist. Observe
patients before, during, and after therapy, noting patients' status
and reporting to a Physical Therapist. Help patients do specific
exercises as part of the plan of care. Use technology and equipment
to assist with therapy. Communicate with patients and their
families regarding therapy goals and progress. Desired
qualifications: Valid California Physical Therapist Assistant
license. (Or Pending) Graduation from an accredited Physical
Therapist Assistant program. Orthopedic and Geriatric experience.
Ability to handle sensitive patient information with
confidentiality. Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Nice-to-haves (Not Required): 2-3 years of clinical experience in
physical therapy. Experience in out-patient physical therapy
setting. Experience with Neurological cases. Experience with
electronic health records and digital documentation. Perks: $3,000

Flexibility 3 weeks/Year Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual years 1-3
