Job Description:

home rehabilitation, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician.

direction of a licensed behavior analyst. A Behavior Technician at

Implement behavior intervention plans prescribed by the licensed
behavior analyst. Collect and record data on patient behavior for
evaluation. Assist patients in acquiring communication, social, and
daily living skills. Adjust intervention strategies based on
patient progress and analyst recommendations. Maintain patient
confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards. Participate in
ongoing training and development sessions. Ability to follow
detailed treatment plans. Strong observational and analytical
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in data collection and reporting. Empathy towards
patients and their families. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance Certified as a Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
is preferred. CPR and First Aid certifications are beneficial.
