Modesto, CA is seeking a passionate and reliable Assistant Coach to
support our Head Coach in leading dynamic group fitness classes.

their health and wellness goals through expert coaching and
motivation. In this role, you’ll design personalized training
programs, lead engaging group sessions, and foster an encouraging,
team-oriented environment. We’re committed to promoting healthy

position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18–$20 , reflecting
the value we place on your expertise and commitment. Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: Develop and implement fitness
training programs for clients. Monitor and track client progress
and adjust programs as needed. Provide excellent customer service
to clients, ensuring a positive experience. Ensure all fitness
equipment is well-maintained and in working order. Qualifications:
Must have an understanding of how much of an impact we have on our
members, communities, and teammates. Passionate about people and
fitness. Must be ambitious, driven, honest, enthusiastic, have
personal integrity, and have a passion for the fitness industry.
Minimum of one nationally accredited personal training
certification (required within 60 days of hire). Experience in
coaching in a high-end fitness facility. Proven leadership ability
in an educational, fitness, or professional setting. About Company
