We are looking for an experienced Data and Analytics Product Manager who will drive our enterprise data and AI strategy using Databricks own product set for all internal use-cases.As the Data and Analytics Product Manager, you will work closely with leaders and partners across the company to form and deliver the roadmap of data and AI products aligned with our best practices and to meet our long-term goals. You will own the business outcomes of the data, analytics and AI projects by working closely with the engineering and analytics teams.You will join a growing Data Analytics, Engineering & Integration team and will report to the Sr Director of Data Engineering, Analytics and IntegrationsThe impact you will have:

• Strategy: You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy for end-to-end data, analytics and AI products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and define product requirements.
• Product Sense: You will be able to get hands-on with the product to build your product sense on the features and the gaps. You will build prototypes for your end users to help them understand the value of the product.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely launch of high-quality data products while also working with business teams to drive adoption of these products.
• Analytics: You will step in as an analyst to quickly analyze the opportunities of data products, to build measurement frameworks for your products and to quantify the business impact.What we look for:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and8+ years of relevant product management experience; 6 years with relevant master's degree
  • Strong understanding of big data technologies such as Apache Spark etc. and related data products
  • Experience in launching analytics products for internal and external customers for driving efficiency and insights
  • Strong expertise in developing technical roadmaps and prototypes, trying out new technologies and collaborating with a global set of team members
  • Strong data and metrics skills to backup assumptions, recommendations and drive actions
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and be able to operate as a scrum master
  • Strong communication skills across all levels and personas within the companyPay Range TransparencyDatabricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
