Job Description:
C3 AI (NYSE: AI), is the Enterprise AI application software
company. C3 AI delivers a family of fully integrated products
including the C3 Agentic AI Platform, an end-to-end platform for
developing, deploying, and operating enterprise AI applications, C3
AI applications, a portfolio of industry-specific SaaS enterprise
AI applications that enable the digital transformation of
organizations globally, and C3 Generative AI, a suite of
domain-specific generative AI offerings for the enterprise. We are
seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Director of Global IT
and Business Applications to lead and scale our IT organization in
support of business growth, operational excellence, and digital
innovation. This executive will be responsible for shaping and
executing the company’s overall IT strategy, scalable systems, and
secure, efficient operations across the enterprise.
Responsibilities : • Develop and execute a comprehensive IT
strategy aligned with company goals and future growth. • Lead and
inspire a team of IT professionals across HelpDesk, Business
application and system management • Oversee all IT operations
including cloud, ERP/CRM platforms, Corp IT cybersecurity, and data
management. • Partner with business units to understand their
technology needs and deliver effective solutions that enhance
productivity and efficiency. • Ensure enterprise systems and
platforms scale with organizational growth while maintaining high
performance and security standards. • Own and optimize the
company’s IT budget, vendor management, and technology procurement
processes. • Stay ahead of technology trends and innovations,
identifying opportunities to create competitive advantages and
reduce operational risk. Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
(Master’s preferred). • 10 years of progressive IT leadership
experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role. •
Proven track record leading IT in a mid-sized to large organization
(500–2,000 employees), ideally in a multi-site or hybrid
environment. • Deep experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM),
cloud platforms (O365, Netsuite, Attlassian), Windows, MacOS and
modern workplace tools. • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity
frameworks, data governance, compliance (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001),
and risk management. • Demonstrated success in building, leading,
and mentoring high-performing IT teams • Demonstrated ability to
think strategically, communicate effectively, and drive results
with a proactive approach • Strong project management skills and
experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously •
Certifications such as CISSP or ITIL are a plus.
