Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design. Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization. 1 year of experience leading design projects. US Applicants: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide solutions. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups or high fidelity prototypes. Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates. Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements. Drive multiple projects simultaneously and semi-independently with high volume output.
