role is Hybrid, which requires being in our San Francisco office 3
days a week- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. About You Currently
pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data
Engineering, or a related field . Completed coursework in ML/AI
concepts and are eager to apply what you’ve learned to help build,
evaluate, and improve AI-driven products. Working knowledge of SQL
, including writing queries that join multiple tables and perform
aggregations. Experience using Python for end-to-end data analysis
, applying statistical thinking, performing aggregations with tools
like Pandas and NumPy, and translating results into clear
visualizations and narratives. Basic understanding of programming
fundamentals , including functions, data structures, and
introductory object-oriented concepts in Python. Interest in
learning how to build maintainable and reliable data workflows ,
with guidance from senior team members. Curiosity about how data
products are built end-to-end , from problem definition to
delivering analysis or code. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly,
ask thoughtful questions, and incorporate feedback . Here’s How
You’ll Make an Impact Contribute to the measurement, analysis, and
evolution of AI-powered products at Doximity. Collaborate with data
analysts, data engineers, and developers to help design, implement,
and evaluate LLM-based approaches that inform future product
iterations. Work with real production datasets to support data
analysis, pipelines, and dashboards used across the business. Learn
and apply best practices for writing clean, maintainable, and
well-tested data code . Gain hands-on exposure to modern data
tooling, distributed data processing, and ML/AI workflows .
Participate in projects end-to-end — from problem definition
through delivery — with mentorship and support from the team. Other
