community, come join ours. About this role We are looking for an
experienced and versatile leader that can lead and drive Investor
Relations at Faire. The right candidate will be deeply grounded in
the strategy, business and financial drivers of the company,
capable of translating complexity into clarity for investors and
the public markets. You will work directly with the CFO and
executive team to: Elevate our external narrative Build a rigorous,
public-company-ready earnings process Strengthen investor
relationships Ensure we are fully prepared to thrive in life as a
public company What you’ll do Own and Elevate the Investor
Narrative Develop expert-level understanding of Faire’s business
model, unit economics, growth drivers, and strategic roadmap. Shape
and refine our long-term value creation narrative. Translate into
clear, compelling investor communications. Lead the Earnings &
Disclosure Process Architect and run the quarterly earnings
process, including shareholder letters, scripts, Q&A
preparation, and investor presentations. Partner closely with
Strategic Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Communications to ensure
rigor and alignment. Establish repeatable processes that meet
public-company standards. Engage and Build Investor Relationships
Lead 1x1 and group investor meetings. Manage relationships with
institutional investors and sell-side analysts. Develop investor
targeting strategy and monitor shareholder base composition.
Provide structured feedback to executive leadership on investor
sentiment and market perception. Prepare Faire for the Public
Markets Build scalable IR infrastructure and best practices.
Contribute to IPO readiness efforts, including disclosure
discipline and capital markets positioning. Advise leadership on
valuation frameworks, peer dynamics, and market trends. Operate
Cross-Functionally Serve as a trusted partner across Finance,
Legal, Accounting, and Communications. Influence senior leaders to
ensure clarity, precision, and accountability in performance
messaging. Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in Investor
Relations, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, Equity Research,
Public Investing, Banking or related fields. Direct experience
running earnings cycles at a public company. Strong financial
modeling and valuation expertise. Deep understanding of investors
and capital markets dynamics. Exceptional written and verbal
communication skills. Demonstrated ability to go deep into complex
business models and metrics. Experience engaging directly with
institutional investors. Strong project management skills and
ability to lead cross-functional initiatives. High ownership
mindset, hustle and hands-on mentality Salary Range San Francisco:
The pay range for this role is $ 230,000 to $ 316,500 per year.
This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual
base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as
transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary
work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and
may be modified in the future. Hybrid Faire employees currently go
into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third
flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday).
Additionally, hybrid in-office roles will have the flexibility to
work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and
Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5
days per week as will be indicated in the job posting. Why you’ll
