companies? We’re seeking a Midlevel to Senior ECVC Associate to
join a fast-growing practice supporting clients from garage-stage
startups to billion-dollar market leaders . What You’ll Do: Guide
companies through their entire lifecycle—from formation to
financings to M&A. Represent venture funds and investors
backing tomorrow’s game-changing businesses. Advise clients on
complex corporate governance and regulatory strategy. Work on the
frontier of innovation: AI , Web3 , blockchain , crypto , the
metaverse , and beyond . Manage sophisticated matters while
collaborating with a collegial, nationally recognized team . What
We’re Looking For: 2 years of ECVC or corporate law experience at a
peer firm. Hands-on experience in venture financings, governance,
and strategic counseling. Excellent academics, strong communication
skills, and the ability to manage client counsel relationships. Why
