Job Description:

Global Lifecycle Management seeks a dynamic sales enablement teammate who is passionate about enabling sellers to be more effective and efficient.

This role is principally responsible for sales force enablement deliverables including onboarding curriculum development, playbook and battle card development, and ongoing skills training.

The role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales operations and company leaders to drive enablement content that supports pipeline creation, deal velocity acceleration, and improvement to win rates.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in each of these areas, expert-level communications skills with sales reps, marketers, and customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required

  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps

  • Create, deliver, and coordinate content that supports the increase efficiency and effectiveness of the sellers (playbooks, battle cards)

  • Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement program for field teams in the North America, EMEA, and APAC

  • Determine sales enablement priorities alongside the Sales Enablement Leader with sales stakeholders

  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders

  • Partnering with the sales management team to identify resource gaps, identify opportunities to create more efficient sales processes, and prioritize which assets should be developed first

  • Provide effective onboarding, and training programs for sales reps

  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams

  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy

  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team

  • Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need

  • Foster the development of a sales enablement culture throughout the entire organization

  • Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results.

  • Able to prepare/analyze appropriate reports and other business correspondence.

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.

  • Able to use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc) at an intermediate level.

  • Performs other additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years sales enablement, product management, sales, or marketing experience in technology or related industry preferred.

Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelors Degree preferred - OR equivalent years of marketing/product experience.
