Our ongoing growth requires a new level of sophistication in our People practices, and your expertise, fresh thinking, and leadership will help lay the foundation of our success! In this role you will help develop and roll out People team initiatives, provide direct support to our team, bring in-depth compliance knowledge, and demonstrate strong capability to manage cross functional projects. You will have the capability and credibility to challenge and coach in a way which inspires others and strengthens relationships.

SUCCESS FACTORS (FIRST 12-18 MONTHS):

• People Strategist:In collaboration with a cross functional team, you lead efforts that support our annual plans as we double the company in size & impact. You apply an enterprise-wide lens to make innovative people process recommendations as you help us evaluate and elevate our people practices, with focus on reinforcing our collaborative and people centric culture. Your use of thoughtful change management practices, personal coaching, and strong communication skills will support ongoing engagement and commitment.
• Talent Coach:You cultivate relationships and work closely with your client groups and senior leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide expertise which helps solve business needs. You help elevate the organization through the development of our leaders, and as a direct result of your coaching, our people leaders demonstrate growth in their confidence and capabilities.
• Project Manager Extraordinaire:You bring project management muscle to the People team. You combine your knowledge of Torani's ways-of-working with your people practice expertise and lead enterprise-wide projects that are grounded in our purpose and values.
• Learning & Development Evangelist: You understand the organizational objectives and partner closely with L & D to create learning programs which are aligned to our goals. As our business continues to expand, you identify the skills and knowledge needed to support our growth and make recommendations for improvements and adaptations within our learning programs.
• Team Member Ambassador:You have developed a deep understanding of our business and cultivated trusting relationships across Torani. You provide direct support to your client groups across our frontline and professional Teams. When a challenging business need, attendance concern or a sensitive team member relations issue arises, you thoughtfully chart the best course of action that reflects our values and keeps us compliant.
