Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Architect - ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities

Provide coaching and thought leadership in platform design and technology strategy consulting
Lead and mentor developers to ensure high technical quality and deliver positive client experiences
Research and propose solutions that meet business needs and assist in prioritizing new opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology preferred
4+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
5 years of experience in General Consulting, Service Management, and Software Development
Knowledge of ITIL v3 required
