Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Associate (Incident Response)We are looking for a 2nd to 4th year associate to join our Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity team and play a key role in our cybersecurity and incident response practice.Our team advises innovative companies on cybersecurity incidents and complex privacy issues. We represent clients in major security incidents, provide counseling on best practices and regulatory compliance, and offer cybersecurity expertise for technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic corporate transactions. We also advise cybersecurity companies on legal compliance related to security research and threat intelligence activities.We seek a junior to mid-level associate to take on significant responsibilities and help grow our practice serving leading technology companies navigating cybersecurity regulations.Relevant experience in cybersecurity or privacy within government agencies is valued. Experience with incident response, investigations, or counseling is a plus.Applicants should have strong academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. • Salary range of $235,000 - $310,000, depending on experience.
