- Engage in discussions with Product Managers regarding feature
requirements, estimate and establish release dates, and allocate
resources to align with team scope and timelines.
- Implement new and modify existing proprietary software
independently for payment processing systems.
- Explore new tools to enhance the user experience of
features.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers, ensuring alignment with
project requirements.
- Lead discussions with architecture, engineering, and product
teams to align on project design, deliverables, and
requirements.
- Participate in knowledge sharing initiatives and serve as the
main communication liaison between teams.
- Define software and system prerequisites, assess feasibility,
and analyze these requirements within a moderate scope.
- Create design and technical documentation, runbooks, test
scenarios, and perform unit and integration testing.
- Support releases, perform regression testing, and fix
post-release issues for all features, including adding service
monitoring and alerts.
- Mentor, guide, and direct junior developers, including Software
Engineers and Interns.
- Build proof-of-concept solutions for analysis and comparison,
providing recommendations for optimal options.Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Mathematics, Data Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering
roles.
- Skills required include experience with Java, Python, PHP, Git,
TeamCity, Apache Airflow, Kafka, Cassandra, Google Cloud services,
testing frameworks, Docker, Linux, Kibana, RESTful APIs, gRPC,
DropWizard, Google Guice, Redis, and multithreading programming.Job

Full-Time. Salary: $174,500 - $215,000 per year.About the
