• Experience in reviewing, documenting, and categorizing current or as-is state of the business process or function including creating flow charts and process models, and developing portions of the desired future or to-be state of those processes
• Experience in identifying and documenting the scope of business process changes or enhancements required by procedural changes
• Experience in developing test data scenarios, analyzing the results, and validating requirements throughout the business analysis process
• Experience in developing training plans and training users on new IT system functions or business processes
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing business process deficiencies requiring resolution during or after implementation
• Experience in performing business analysis intelligence activities, such as data mining, to extract data for forecasting, service delivery metrics, and providing management with data to make policy decisions
• Experience with SQL, TFS and Quality CenterResponsibilities
