Job Shift: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 2nd shift, 1:30pm to 10pm PST

Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Badge Technician to join our team and provide on-site photo ID badge services. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for greeting scheduled individuals, capturing high-quality ID photos, and producing professional identification badges using specialized equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering excellent service. This will be an onsite role, Monday through Friday, covering 2nd shift (1:30pm to 10pm PST).

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome individuals to the photo and badge station and verify their scheduled appointments.
Capture professional-quality ID photos and confirm satisfaction with each individual.
Operate badge printing equipment to produce and issue new ID badges on-site.
Troubleshoot minor technical issues; escalate equipment problems when necessary.
Ensure accurate badge information and photo quality before issuance.
Finalize service records and prepare for the next appointment.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a positive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service: Friendly demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using digital cameras, printers, and basic troubleshooting.
Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in capturing and verifying information is essential.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently with scheduled appointments.
Problem Solving: Capable of resolving minor issues independently and escalating when needed.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
Familiarity with photo editing or printing software is a plus.
Experience working in a fast-paced, appointment-based environment.
